Middle Tennessee Retreats at The Garden Inn Bed and Breakfast of Monterey at Bee Rock specializes in hosting TN corporate meetings, Tennessee executive corporate retreats, TN church retreats, Tennessee family retreats, and TN family reunions. We are centrally located approximately one hour to one and a half hours from Nashville, TN, Knoxville, TN, and Chattanooga, TN. Food Services:

Lunch and dinner are available in the Garden Inn Bed and Breakfast at Bee Rock dining room, which will seat 40 guests. As we chef exclusively for your group, we prefer to have groups of twelve or more. Please ask about service for smaller groups and about our current menu selections.

Beverages and snacks are available for service in the conference room. The morning session consists of fresh-ground regular and decaf coffees, a selection of individually wrapped teas, juice, ice water, a choice of two fresh-baked muffins and/or pastries, and is priced at $4.50 per person for one hour of service. The afternoon session consists of your choice of two of the following snacks: homemade chocolate chip or peanut butter cookies, brownies, pound cake, salsa and chips, or snack mix; includes our homemade Lemon Almond Tea, soft drinks, and ice water, and is priced at $4.50 per person for one hour of service.

A continental breakfast service is available with fresh-ground regular and decaf coffees, a selection of individually wrapped teas, a very nice premium orange juice, our homemade Lemon Almond Tea, ice water, a hand-cut fresh fruit salad, a choice of three fresh-baked muffins and pastries, and is priced at $6.50 per person for one hour of service. Our full buffet breakfast service also is available as an option if you wish a more substantial breakfast. Featuring fresh-ground regular and decaf coffees, a selection of individually wrapped teas, a very nice premium orange juice, our homemade Lemon Almond Tea, ice water, two fresh-made entrees from our bed and breakfast menu, applewood smoked bacon or our "ugly" sausage links both freshly prepared - not the pre-cooked kind some places use - and is priced at $9.50 per person for one hour of service.

For unlimited fresh-ground coffee and soft drinks throughout the day with both of the above snack services, please allow an additional $4.50 per person. For unlimited coffee and soft drinks throughout the day with either one of the above snack services, please allow an additional $6.00 per person. For unlimited morning or afternoon coffee and soft drinks with the same above snack or breakfast service, please allow an additional $3.00 per person. For those who desire only unlimited coffee and soft drinks throughout the day, the charge would be $6.00 per person for a half-day retreat and $9.00 per person for a full-day.

Guest Rooms:

Guest rooms are available to corporate and executive groups, as well as, church groups on Sunday through Thursday evenings at a discounted rate of $135.00 per room with five or more rooms per night. Rates for Friday and Saturday evening are the regular rate of $145.00 to $155.00 depending upon individual room selection. If a group with fewer than ten rooms wishes to have exclusive use of the Inn, the empty rooms may be reserved for $75.00 per night. These rates always include an evening gourmet dessert and full breakfast. Guest rooms are equipped with TV / VCR's and DirecTV Satellite, data ports, queen beds, immaculate private in-room baths, comfortable reading chairs and surroundings that cannot be matched in this area. We have wireless DSL access available for guest use throughout The Inn.

Taxes and Gratuities:

Currently, Tennessee sales tax is 9.75% on all purchases and Putnam County Lodging Tax is 6% of guest room charges. (Taxes are subject to change without notice) A 20% gratuity is billed on food charges only. A $10.00 per guest room per night housekeeping gratuity is optional but suggested.
